Hi, I’m Timm!
It’s great to meet you and I’m so glad you’re here!
This is the “About Me” section … so I should probably tell you a little bit about myself.
I live in Central Texas with my three adorable cats, Vincent, Ira, and Norah. They’re my constant companions and unofficial studio helpers, adding a little chaos and a lot of love to my days.
A few fun facts about me: bees are my favorite insect, my favorite color is green, I can’t resist a cupcake and think glitter is the best craft supply! I’ve always loved making things with my hands ever since I was a kid. Art class was my absolute favorite because it allowed me to use my imagination and try new things. When I was 10, my mom taught me how to sew, and I turned that into a business making stuffed animals for local fairs. Looking back, my parents were pretty clever—they encouraged my creativity and taught me entrepreneurship at the same time.
After high school, I studied psychology with an emphasis on child and teen development, learning how kids think, feel, and see the world. That understanding still inspires me today when I create new craft ideas. Later, I shifted gears to study home design, which is all about making spaces look amazing and feel cozy—a perfect blend of creativity and practicality.
For nearly 15 years, I worked at Crate&Barrel, designing eye-catching displays. It was an incredible experience that taught me so much about aesthetics, storytelling, and connecting with people through design.
Today, I have my dream job as an artist, illustrator, and content creator. I spend my days making fun crafts and DIY projects, drawing, and sharing step-by-step tutorials to help others explore their creativity. My goal is to inspire kindness, spark imagination, and give you the confidence to try something new. Life has its twists and turns, but I’ve come full circle back to my creative roots, and I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope this website brings you plenty of ideas, inspiration, and joy. Whether you’re looking to try a new craft or explore, have fun and happy crafting!
